I’m Sam, and this space is my heart. I created it for people who’ve done some living – who’ve loved, lost, learned, and want to keep showing up for life with energy, curiosity, and grace.

Here, movement is deeply personal. Through the Gyrotonic Method, we focus on breath-driven, circular motion that restores your body’s natural intelligence. Meet your movement guides

Sam

After my own recovery from chronic pain through Pilates, I’ve spent the past 10 years helping people restore mobility, build strength, and regain confidence.
My passion for exploring movement led me to Gyrotonic, unlocking greater flexibility and freedom that I now share with clients who struggle with stiffness or limited movement. Fun fact: I originally trained as a chef and still love creating in the kitchen.
I’m a classically trained Pilates Instructor, Gyrotonic, Archway, Leg Extension Unit, and Gyrokinesis certified.

Kathleen

I started my Pilates journey in 2014 as a regular student and was amazed at how it integrated my mind, heart, and body. That transformation inspired me to become an instructor and later expand into Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis, which empower my clients to move with greater strength, freedom, and awareness.
Fun fact: I spent many years as a K-12 special education teacher and school counsellor.
I’m certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, trained in Gyrotonic, and a Gyrokinesis apprentice.
