There’s a new kind of warmth flowing through the studio… and it’s more than just the energy of our community.

We’ve welcomed the sauna into The Bu Life—and it’s already becoming something special!

At first, it felt like an addition. A beautiful one, yes—but simply another offering. And now, watching it unfold, it’s clear: it’s becoming part of the rhythm. Part of the ritual.

Clients are finishing their Pilates sessions—stronger, longer, more connected—and then stepping into the heat. Not rushing. Not checking a phone. Just allowing.

And that’s where the magic is.

The transition from movement to stillness, from effort to release.

The sauna has quickly become a space for muscle recovery, where the body can fully absorb the work we’ve done, muscles soften, circulation flows, and that deep, cellular exhale begins.

We’re seeing it already:
less tension,
more ease,
better recovery,
and that glow—the one that comes from truly taking care of yourself.

This was our amazing spa in Africa – sauna, steam room, salt room, jacuzzi, rain shower, and pool AND OF COURSE A COFFEE!
